A mid 19c two day ships chronometer, the silvered dial signed Norris & Campbell, Liverpool no.545 and having Roman numerals, a seconds dial and an up/down wind indicator. It is mounted on a brass gimbel on a mahogany case with brass handles and brass bound corners. The lid of the case is unfortunately missing and would need replacing. The case is 16.5cm sq.
The movement seems complete and runs but probably needs cleaning. The case needs restoring and a new lid making.
