Double barrelled over and under percussion pistol by Wilkinson, London, .50 calibre, 6'' barrels, with foliate chased lock and hammers, front stirrup mounted steel ramrod, sliding safety with left hand side belt hook, foliate engraved trigger guard and stock cap, with fine chequering, vacant silver escutcheon, 27.5cm
Condition overall is good. Both cocks work correctly as do the safety catches. Some old signs of pitting to the barrel, nothing too onerous. Wear to the chequering on the grip. The screw on the forend catching the stock of the grip is probably a replacement. Elsewhere the screws appear to be original. The belt clip is present. The silver escutcheon is unengraved. Overall a nice example.
