Twitchett, John, p150 names the decorator as Cuthbert Lawson
The Lawton plate generally good with some rubbed gilding and some light wear to painting. The earlier Derby plate with a flat rim chip, stained repaired cracks, rubbed and scratched gilding and decoration. Please see attached images.
