1914 Imperial Service Medal (Wreath) to Caroline A. Poulton on Elkington brooch bar, heavy gum residue to centre of reverse, otherwise extremely fine. Caroline Amelia Poulton was appointed as a Female Returner with the Post Office in the London Gazette dated 3/1/1882 and her ISM was announced in the London Gazette dated 3rd July 1914 as Returner, Returned Letter Section, London Postal Service, with copied LGs.
