1917-47 KGV Consular Service 3/-, Line perf 13¾, no watermark, upper sheet margin, contemporary forgery believed to have been produced in Palestine around 1947 by the "Haganah" for use on forged immigration documents, with Ceremuga Certificate (2018) and copy of a Tsachor Certificate for a se-tenant block of 20 (with twelve 3/- stamps) from which this stamp has been removed.
