An Adexa stainless steel floor standing double basket fryer, working order, single phase 6kW (runs off of 2 13A plugs)
I can't get to the serial number, it works fine but one mains switch is non-functional and has been bridged out so it is controlled by the thermostat on and off. It is roughly 2 years old and was used up until the day the restaurant closed about 6 months ago
