Minton Secessionist stick stand, decorated with stylised flowers in greens, ochres and blues, printed and impressed marks, date code for 1903, height 57cm
The rim has been restored all the way round. Restoration spray paint visible on the majority of the inside, other than the bulbous base. Craquelure still visible on much of the lower half of the stand. There is evidence of overpainting around the outer rim and beneath the rim to a depth from the rim of approx. 12cm. Some evidence of further restoration at the footrim. There is a star crack visible on the underside of the base.
