Pastel on buff paper in honest condition, colours remain strong, one or two scattered fox marks and probably some even discolouration of the paper, not signed, titled on the mount and housed in a scuffed plain gilt easel frame with quality mahogany backing, what looks to be an old catalogue description pasted verso.
