A LATE 19TH CENTURY TAXIDERMY CASE OF FOUR RED SQUIRRELS (SCIURUS VULGARIS).
Housed within a box case with gold beading and hand painted floral details to the background. Each squirrel bearing an acorn in a different pose, amongst a cash of other acorns set upon a mossy base and branch work. Circa 1870.
