(some wear)to Paris with remarkably fine large black triangular framed "P.D/AFFRANCHI/EN NUMERAIRE/FAUTE DE/TIMBRES COLONIAUX/SCE DES POSTES NELLE CALEDIE" nicely placed on the front along with matching 2-ring Noumea cds and boxed "PD"; plus small 17 Feb. 1877 E (small neatly closed tear at top clear of marks) from Noumea to France sent when no stamps were available again; unpaid with v. fine Noumea "T" in triangle and matching 2-ring Noumea cds on the front as well as superb "7 [decimes]" arrival charge-mark.
