Original vintage London Transport poster advertising the Rugby League Final Match that took place at 3.30pm on May 7 1938 at Wembley Stadium - Design by Brian Robb (1913-1979) features bold stylised lettering on a brown rugby ball sat on green grass. London Transport logo in top right corner. The 1937–38 Challenge Cup final was contested by Salford and Barrow at Wembley in front of a crowd of 51,243. Salford won the match 7–4.
