3rd Dragoon Guards Officer's Mess Jacket short scarlet jacket. High yellow velvet collar with gilt braid edging which continues down the front and across the base. Front fastened by hook and eyes with gilt seeded buttons. Yellow velvet pointed cuffs with gilt braid edging and two gilt regimental buttons. Gilt cord shoulder strap (only one remaining). Scarlet quilted silk lining. Some moth damage.
