Walter H Mayson two piece back violin, label inside reads Walter H Mayson Manchester pro velones 1893 with unmarked bow and case. Body only L: 36 cm approximately. No visible cracks or splits. Bridge is a later replacement marked De-Jacques. Some surface marks and wear to corners. Some loss of varnish to body and paper residue to neck, otherwise a good example.
