Officials.  1949 UPU 2½a black and blue vertical pair and two singles with a large perforation shift.  The pair from the first and second rows of the sheet, the upper stamp with blank area at top and missing BAHAWALPUR at base; the lower stamp with Bahawalpur at top.  The singles are the same, from a severed pair.  All unmounted o.g., lightly toned.  SG O31 var
