A 18CT GOLD DREFFA TWIN DIAL CHRONOGRAPH WRISTWATCH, hand wound movement, silver tone round dial signed 'Dreffa Geneve' twin chronograph and telemetric scale, Arabic numbering interspaced with dot markers, chronograph at the three and nine o'clock position, plexi glass, polished yellow gold case, approximate case width 37mm, case back stamped 18k 0,750 with the Swiss control mark, with a plated inner movement cover, fitted with a black calfskin strap and white metal buckle (Condition report: general moderate wear, some indenting to bezel, strap coming apart, currently working, not tested)
