ENGLISH ARCHITECTURE - CHURCHES, LONDON, GREATER LONDON, ESSEX, SURREY: Mostly 1910s-1940s RP cards by a wide variety of publishers, many local, showing interiors and exteriors of a range of churches. Some of the buildings on the London/Greater London (c.300) cards have now been deconsecrated and a few were completely destroyed in WWII. Essex (c.150) and Surrey (c.50) cards are mainly towns but inc. some villages. Most cards postally unused but many annotated on back to record visit date and/or interesting connected facts.
