A gentleman's vintage Rotary Super-Sports 9ct gold cased wristwatch, circa 1940, the champagne dial with luminous Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, curved square case, movement ref 1/440, 9ct gold Dennison caseback 3.2g, on a brown leather strap, dial 25mm, 32mm across crown.
Notes: in working condition, winds and sets well, keeps time across 1hr test.
Provenance: Owned by a member of a WWII communications unit who collected various items throughout the his time in Europe through the war, thence by decent.
