The picture is in an excellent state of preservation and has no damage or foxing, tears, creases or other imperfections, it is contained within a simple cream wooden frame under glass with a well constructed wooden support to the reverse holding in place the hardboard which then has a long sheet of paper on which the artist has placed eleven separate sheets of paper with individual watercolours of feathers, foliage and grasses.
