A George III mahogany Demi-lune shaped card table, the satinwood cross-banded top lifting up and over to reveal a green baize inset surface, tapered square legs, the rear, centre leg drawing out to reveal a card/counter drawer, spade feet, 75.5cm high x 83.5cm.

Originally owned by Joseph Wright of Oldham who was a wealthy Businessman and Mill Owner in the early to mid 18th century and hence by decent to his Great Great Granddaughter, the current owner.

The piece has been handed down to the current great great.. grand daughter. The Original owner was Joseph Wright of Oldham, not Derby.
