Pierre Andrew Van Rooy was the son of Karel Cristiaan and Mina Van Rooy of Cape Town. He served with the South African Service Corps and was killed in action on the 9th January 1918 and is buried at Dodoma Cemetery, Tanzania, he was 24 years old. *CR Light surface marks, new ribbons.
