1979 Christmas, artist's designs comprising 23 stamp size watercolour sketches depicting nativity scenes on two pieces of card, and well painted stamp size sketches very similar to the five adopted designs (but with incorrect values) each on separate pieces of paper inscribed "Rough for Christmas issue 1979", cut out perforations applied around these five drawings, the five pieces each signed by the artist Fritz Wegner.
