Congratulations! "Peter and the Piskies" was the first proper job I did- a wonderful book, and was one of the best jobs ever. 30 years ago! I was 24 an only one year out of art school. Ruth must have been 70 then! I had no idea. I always think its odd authors & illustrators of a book often never meet. Richmal Crompton only met Thomas Henry after about 30 years of "William" books.
