A 19th century Blanc de Chine lidded urn / wine cooler mounted on stand. Dog of Fo mounted on pierced honeycomb and cloud stylised lid, cylindrical white painted chrome central vase (pierced to base) inserted into intricate squat vase decorated with scaled dragon motif upon pierced honeycomb and cloud backdrop, with two handles each being a mounted guardian dragon. Stand being white spherical platform pierced with central hole, surrounded by display of leaves, on base with two tiers of opened leaves mounted on three S scroll legs. Some very slight chips to the tips of leaves & in places to base. Blue character mark to the verso of lid, otherwise unmarked. Vase 30cm tall, stand 15cm tall approx.
