A 19th century sailor's shellwork Valentine, with folding case enclosing two panels, one with a love heart, the other inscribed 'Ever Thine', each panel overall 23 x 23cm, and another similar single glazed panel with central heart motif, 23 x 23cm

Good clean condition, with no faults noted other than an old split to the back of one side, the single panel equally in good order and apparently having been made as a single panel rather than half of a hinged pair.
