AN AFGHANISTAN MEDAL 1878-80 WITH PEIWAR KOTAL CLASP TO THE 8TH REGIMENT OF FOOT. An Afghanistan medal with Peiwar Kotal clasp, 145 Pte J. Rattigan 2/8th Reg. The 8th Regiment later became the King's Liverpool Regiment. John Rattigan attested on the 21st November 1873 and was discharged on the 14th February 1886. Mounted for display with copied research.
