Newman medals in glass fronted presentation case with:
1. 1899 QSA 6 clasps Cape Colony, Tugela Heights, OFS, Relief of Ladysmith, Johannesburg, Diamond Hill and 1902 KSA both clasps to 4062 Pte W. Newman 14th Hussars (14/Hrs on QSA) about very fine. With 1902 Boer War Veterans lapel badge, 4 copied pages of service record and rolls, William Newman attested for 3rd Hussars 5/4/98 aged 19, transferred to 14th Hussars 20/12/98, to AR 5/4/06, discharged 4/4/10.
2. 1914-15 Star trio to 19027 Pte W. Newman Suff R. very fine. With copied MIC, landed France 2/9/15, discharged 11/2/19.
It is possible it is the same person, but unconfirmed. GLASS LID WILL NOT BE POSTED. (R)
