An early 19th century Staffordshire canary yellow ground baluster jug with figure 7 handle. Printed in black with a shipping scene depicting a boat in dry dock and inscribed 'may carpenters flourish and our trade increase, and Victory bring a lasting peace', 11.5cm.

Repair to the spout. Hair cracks to the rim. Handle re glued. Chipping all around the foot. Crazed.
