A George III style mahogany and walnut veneered partner’s desk, dark green faux leather writing surface to the over-sailing rounded rectangular top, a long drawer, and two short drawers to each long frieze. Each pedestal having three graduated short drawers, and a cupboard door opposite, bracket feet, 75.5cm high x 182cm wide x 120.5cm deep, 20th century.
As expected there are signs of wear and tear especially in venerable places like corners. It looks like the desk could have been up against a wall as there are signs of damp. It is a good solid desk and all the drawers work well . There is some damage on one of the draw hinges . There are no keys .
