A GERMAN WORLD WALL I PICKELHAUBE BONNET / HELMET, also known as a pickelhelm, the helmet has a spike to the top, and was worn in the 19th & 20th centuries by Prussian & German military officers, firefighters and police. The helmet was widely imitated by other armies, and is still worn today as part of ceremonial wear in certain countries, such as; Sweden, Chile & Colombia.
