A 19th century Continental: mameluke: the curved clipped back blade with armorial and militaria engraved decoration , marked 'Lima' to one side and 'J M Anschutz' to the other , the back of the blade also inscribed 'Corta Hirro' over gilt brass hilt with sunburst decorated langets and acorn finial quillons, two piece celluloid grip, in a steel scabbard with double suspension rings,blade length 75cm.
