Rolex WWI period silver cased trench watch, cathedral hands within arabic numerals, minutes track and subsidiary seconds dial, on later black leather strap. Interior of case with Rolex marks and London import marks for 1918, case W3.4cm.
Watch appears to tick and run intermittently, wear to the case exterior, losses of enamel to the numbers and hands.
