R.M.S. TITANIC: Roberta Maioni Archive. Extremely rare correspondence from the White Star Line First-Class Passenger Department, dated 18th April 1912. Ironically typed on official stationery publicising the Titanic, it is addressed to Miss Maioni's mother 'Dear Madam, Replying to your favour of the 17th inst. We are pleased to inform you that among the list of those saved appears to be the name of Miss Maioni, which is no doubt your daughter and we congratulate you on the fact of her safety.'
