AN ARMAND MARSEILLE BISQUE HEAD DOLL, nape of neck marked 'Armand Marseille 390 A. 7 M.', with two holes and the remains of something written in ink, sleeping blue glass eyes with wear to lids and lashes, open mouth showing four teeth, original ash blonde wig which is becoming unstuck, head in good condition but has marking, wear and would benefit from a clean, jointed composition body, wooden arms and legs with composition hands and feet, has some minor damage, marking and wear, in need of re-stringing, height approx. 69cm, with a golden plush teddy bear, amber and black plastic eyes, vertically stitched nose, jointed body, original felt pads, no claws, no makers mark, extensive fading and fur loss, evidence of old repairs, height approx. 39cm (2)
