Henry V (1413-1422) gold Quarter Noble, class F (S 1757, North 1383). Obverse: quartered shield of royal arms with lis above, trefoil to left and mullet to right within a tressure of eight arches, 'HENRIC REX ANGL Z FRANC' around. Reverse: floriated cross with lis terminals and lions in the angles within a tressure of eight arches, 'EXALTABITVR IN GLORIA' around. Weight: 1.7g. Diameter: 18mm. Grade: VF - a full flan with a very minor scuff to the top of the shield, Very Fine or a little better. Provenance: found in Stannington, Northumberland, reported 2022. PAS reference: NCL-FE85ED.
