Scottish Postal History; 1909 group of six registered covers, all sent at the same time from Edinburgh to the same street (four to the same number) in Musselburgh, and all returned marked Refused or Gone Away. Each has KE7 3d adhesive. Our guess in that these were possibly court papers or demands. Some ageing.
