2 crewel work textile panels both with repeating floral motifs worked in chain stitch on cotton ground, unlined, 147x180 and 130x180cm (2)
Both panels have some areas of lighter discolouration. The cotton fabric ground as a crinkled look and may be darker than it was originally, probably due to laundering. One of the panels has several small holes, and both panels have the stitching generally intact, with a few loose surface threads, and at least one small area of damage to stitching. No bad odours. Age - mid to late 20th century.
