A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH 'CHASSEPOT' BAYONET AND SCABBARD AND TWO OTHERS.
A French bayonet with a 20.5" broad backed pointed blade engraved to the back 'Maine de Steyu 1879' with a two part wooden grip and scrolling quillon stamped G2582, the scabbard stamped FG 75379, 26" overall. A socket bayonet with triform blade stamped UMP No. 137, 20.5" overall and a third. (3).
