Freedom Struggle - The Provisional IRA (P O Neill), published by Irish Republican Publicity Bureau 1973, First issue. Freedom Struggle detailed the course of the struggle since 1969 from the republican viewpoint. It gave the Irish historical background, outlined previous IRA campaigns, set out the Provisional IRA position on the split in the IRA and Sinn Fein in 1969/70, and narrated the conflict from 1970 until the middle of 1973.
