A Chinese late 19th Century Canton famille rose vase of baluster form, the body decorated with panels filled with interior scenes with officials and attendants, further decorated with flowers and butterflies, later applied with metal mounts, height 62cm, damaged.

Large areas of repair to the upper rim, this area is unstable and covered with a metal strip and rim, with further metal mounts on the cover.
Several small chips to the inner rim of the cover.
Small losses to the enamel and gilt throughout.
