A 1796 pattern Light Cavalry trooper's sword, the blade having ordnance inspector's stamp and "Woolley & Co" on back edge, the hilt with plain wood grip retaining traces of leather covering, in its scabbard marked "Woolley & Co" (worn) and number "16". Basically GC (has been pitted and cleaned overall). £200-300
