Medals (3) of 2169 Private Thomas Edmundson of the Royal Lancashire Regiment. 1914-1915 Star, British War Medal 1914-1920, and Allied Victory Medal 1914-1918. A resident of Bacup, Lancashire. Enlisted on 22nd April 1913. Mobilised on 8th August 1914 and landed in France on 26th January 1915 to join 1st Battalion, King’s Own Royal Regiment (Lancaster). Returned to Depot on 8th August 1915. Arrived in the Mediterranean on 13th September 1915 for 112 days of service. Also served with the 6th and 8th Battalions. Transferred on 17th December 1918 to Worcestershire Regiment. Discharged 29th March 1919.
