An Art Deco Essevi earthenware figure group, circa 1950, attributed to Sandro Vacchetti (1889-1976), modelled as a young lady holding child, sat on a colourfully decorated scroll end chaise with teddy bear, painted marks in black; ESSEVI FOREIGN N.192 LL, also incised 'A19' and 'S', lpencil mark 'X/XO', length 37cm, height 33cm & depth 22cm.
Condition - chip to front right bottom corner (see image), firing imperfection to front left underside corner, otherwise very good, no further damage, appears free from any restoration.
