A George III marquetry and parquetry worked mahogany tool box, late 18th century; the hinged cover with a central monogram, the top, front, back and sides all decorated with geometric motifs, starbursts and daiperwork within reserves; on disc feet; with brass swing handle at each end; the interior with lift out tray with tool shaped spaces, above compartments beneath; 19cm high, 55cm wide, 34cm deep.
