German Mine Rescue Service Decoration by Rudolf Souval, Wien. A good scarce silvered example. The obverse with eagle and swastika superimposed on pick and hammer; reverse inscribed fur Verdieenste im Gruben-wehrwesen. Suspension ring stamped L58, mounted for display. GC Designed by Professor Schweitzer and introduced on 30th January 1938 to replace the breast badge.
