Mint collection comprising the 1938 set to £1 written up on pages with each item mounted on card and encased in plastic (in the 1940's). Most are the Perf 13 issues and the collection incl. some blocks of four. We note 2s (8) plus strip of four and blocks of four (4), 5s (8) plus blocks of four (2), 10s (4) and £1 (4). Also 3d & 6d in pane of sixty. A random sample showed many to have toned gum but a remarkable assembly nonetheless, catalogue in excess of £2500.
