(very minor flap imperfections) to Metz uprated 50c and tied by "NIAMEY/NIGER" cds with two additional strikes on front and representing the 20-50g letter rate. One of the rarest used French colonies p.stat. items. Only one other is believed to exist. Important exhibition item.
