ENGLISH PANCAKE ONION. 7.1ins tall. Black/ very dark green glass, tooled lip (minor decorking flake), applied flared lip - undamaged. Base kick up with broad, rough, pontil. Seeming slight body dullness looks to wash off easily? A great example of a classic early c. 1705-1710 form.
