Four 19th Century 6 inch tiles, printed and painted figural decoration, three dust pressed examples including a Mintons China Works painted overglaze example, decorated with a fisherwoman in a harbour landscape, a W Godwin Lugwardine handcoloured tile, decorated with an imp stealing eggs from a nest and onlooking birds, signed with monogram KG, a Wedgwood (attributed) tile, brown transfer and polychrome painted over white ground and decorated with Greek musicians, painted numbers T292 verso, together with a W T Copeland tile, printed and painted tonal brown over blue ground, from a series of Gnomes and Elves, titled Harvest, decorated with an Elf dragging a crop laden walnut shell, cross-combed back and impressed marks.
