A mid 19th century Prussian 16 bore percussion pistol carbine, 25” overall including carbine stock, twist barrel 11”; flat stepped lock with horizontal safety catch operating on the neck of the hammer; fullstocked with no provision for ramrod; brass mounts, the trigger guard engraved “3.R.H.C.H” over “B37”, the sideplate stamped “CIIID” over “B 37”; the replacement detachable butt having brass butt plate. WO & QGC (worn, pitted and cleaned)
