Provenance: given to the vendor by Pat Graham-Gardiner in 1984. PGG grew up with Rudolf Sauter and was adopted by the author John Galsworthy
The larger of the two has a few marks and scratches, particularly around the edges but generally appears ok. A few bigger chips of the paint towards the bottom right. The smaller picture on panel is quite badly scratched all over, particularly in the middle.
